We see patients who are using health insurance and also paying at the time of service.
Health Insurances for which I am a preferred provider: Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
Providence, United, Pacificare, Great West, Pacific Source, Aetna, Cigna, First Health
Network plans,Multiplan Network plans, Lifewise, Healthnet PPO plans (not HMO),
ODS, and some Kaiser plans (you can double check by calling and asking your insurance
if I am a preferred provider on your plan); all other insurances are usually covered, though
you should always double check by calling your insurance and asking.
(Exceptions: I am not accepting new patients with Oregon Health Plan/Care Oregon,
Medicare, Tricare, Motor Vehicle, or Worker's Compensation insurances.)
